SYNCARTER PAG series is a Fully Synthetic Polyalkylene Glycol ( PAG) industrial gear lubricant, designed to handle the most demanding operating conditions, especially suited for service in spur, helical, bevel, planetary and worm gears reducers, and the lubrication of rolling and sliding bearings found in heavy duty industrial applications. These based gear oils has been developed for application in highly loaded gears and bearings even when subjected to difficult operating conditions. The excellent properties of this range are especially evident in the lubrication of mechanically and/ or thermally highly loaded friction surfaces. They contain unsurpassed extreme pressure and anti-wear additive, deliver outstanding protection against micropitting, abrasion, wear, and provide outstanding thermal stability. SYNCARTER PAG also has excellent lubricity, decreases sliding and rolling friction of steel warm gears, resulting in decreased power consumption. USES : SYNCARTER PAG are intended for all types of heavily loaded gears including spur, bevel, worm gears, bushings and bearings which may operate over a broad range of temperatures from ambient to elevated temperatures ( > 80° C/ 176° F) . They are particularly effective in controlling wear and reducing friction between sliding surfaces and intended to extend the service life of both lubricant and machine parts where unusually high operating and oil reservoir temperatures are encountered.
